Where can I order my sample?

Before sending a sample, Nedstar needs to know the amount of your final order and product specifications to be able to help you sufficiently. Therefore, we ask you to fill out our request quote form first before starting the sample ordering process.

Why did I receive a message that I didn't reach the minimum order quantity (MOQ) after requesting a quote?

When filling out our request quote form, make sure to include the total amount of your final order instead of the sample amount. Our MOQ is one IBC (1,000 litres) in Europe and 20,000 litres in the Americas, Africa and Asia.

How many samples can I order?

We deliver samples of 0.33 or 1 litre bottles, with one bottle per requested product. Due to customs, it is not possible for us to ship more than 1 litre per product as a sample.
