Types of gin we offer

London Dry

Plymouth

Old Tom

Old Tom Gin is a sweeter style that bridges the gap between the drier London Dry and the more juniper-forward Dutch gins. It was popular in the 18th century and is currently experiencing a revival in the modern craft cocktail scene.

Dutch/Genever

Genever is the precursor to modern gin and has a maltier and more robust flavour profile. It often has a grainy character and can be either sweet or dry. Dutch gin paved the way for the evolution of gin as we know it today.

New Western/American

This modern style of gin deviates from the traditional juniper-forward profile. New Western Gins prioritise a broader spectrum of botanicals, allowing other flavours to take the lead. They often showcase unique and creative botanical combinations.
