Even though there are more than 10,000 wine grape varieties, only a few dozen wine grapes are commercially used, creating the most popular wines worldwide. The winemaking process consists of five basic steps:
Harvesting
Grapes are carefully picked at peak ripeness.
Crushing and pressing
Grapes are crushed to extract the juice.
Fermentation
Yeast is added to convert the sugars into alcohol.
Clarification
Solids are removed to create clear wine.
Ageing and bottling
The wine is aged in barrels or tanks and then bottled.

In Europe, the minimum order quantity is one intermediate bulk container (1,000 litres / 264 gallons). If you are based in the US, Americas, Africa or Asia, the minimum order quantity is one full container load (FCL), so 20.000 L / 5,283.4 gal (80x 250 L / 66 gal drums) for a 20ft container or 31.750 L / 8,387.5 gal (127x 250 L / 66 gal drums) for a 40ft container.
