About the role and key responsibilities

The Head of People & Culture plays a crucial role as a strategic member of the management team. Your responsibilities include cultivating our workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and developing talent attraction and retention programs. This role goes beyond policy execution to actively shape the company culture and employee experience, ensuring Nedstar embodies a community where everyone is encouraged to contribute and grow together.

Your profile

  • You have 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.

  • You are fluent in English as the company language is English both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.

  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves! We are a small company in a fast-paced environment so you need to be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the work.

  • You are known for your organised and efficient approach to work.

  • You are experienced working in an international environment and know how to lead and take a diverse group of people with you.

  • You are proactive and detail-oriented: Take the initiative to address the needs of our people while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
